COACHING PHILOSOPHY
I teach the game by having my players play the game. I have very little to no isolated training activities. All technical training is game-like and while under pressure.
The 3 Principles I follow are: 1) Communication (everything starts with communication—vocal and/or visual), 2) Decision Making (we cannot make the proper decision without the communication of our environment), and 3) Execution (once we have the communication of our environment and we can make the proper decision, we can now execute that decision). The more times players repeat this process, the better soccer players they become.
