COACHING PHILOSOPHY
I want my players to get better while playing the game, not running through drills with a bunch of cones. They need to learn to play under game-like conditions and scenarios. I coach because I love the game and I love these kids. I like to create a team unit that is close on and off the field— team bonding is big for me—teaching them how to always play hard, and to learn how to win and lose with humility.
